Refund policy

1. Return eligibility

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must have purchased one of the items sold here at MAARI Luxe.

Our return policy lasts for 14 days after purchase. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

The item being returned must be in the same condition as you have received it. It must be unused and sent back in the original packaging. If it is not, no or only a partial refund will be granted. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Software
  • Gift cards
  • Items that are on sale

2. Return process

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll request that the buyer pays return postage, which will then be refunded to them upon the item being returned; send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Once your return is received, we will notify you. The package and its content will be inspected, and we will let you know when the return is approved or rejected within 14 business days.

If the return is approved, we will send you funds equal to the purchase amount to the payment method you have used during checkout.

3. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

4. Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

5. Exchanges

If the item you’ve received is damaged or defective, we can arrange an exchange for you. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If you want to exchange your items, please send us an email.

6. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Shipping fees for return items are your responsibility, and you must pay for them. Your order’s shipping costs are non-refundable. If you have paid for shipping in your order, these costs will be deducted from your refund.

If you’re shipping items worth over £50, please consider shipping the package using a track&trace number or purchase shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your item.

8. Cancellations

You are entitled to cancel your order for up to 7 days after it is placed; after that, Maari Luxe cannot accept cancellations unless the delivery time frame has not been passed and no shipping details have been sent to the customer.
